Juliene Hefter is the founder of Safety First
Aquatics. She offers Aquatic Safety Consulting including
a variety of services from Staff Training, Expert Witness
Services to Facility Review.
Juliene R. Hefter, MSOLQ, CPRP, AFOI – Aquatic Safety Consultant,
offers a wide variety of services to help prepare your case for
trial. Whether your case involves a catastrophic injury such as
a spinal cord injury resulting from a diving accident, or
drowning at a pool or beach, let our water safety expert help
prepare you for trial.

Safety First Aquatics, LLC provides assistance to
aquatic facilities in the development of staffing plans,
staff manuals and staff training plans.

Sponsorship Programs
Safety First Aquatics, LLC provides assistance to
Park & Recreation Departments in the development of
sponsorship programs for your community. Services
Include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting with your staff or department to discuss
ways to develop sponsorship programs to assist your
agency or community accomplish programs or projects.
- Assistance with presenting a program to your
community.
- Development of a general sponsorship program
brochure and marketing materials.
- Development of specific sponsorship program,
activities or facilities flyers and brochures.
